What types of accessories do you offer?

We customize everything the bride needs to wear on her big day. Our flagship product is wreaths, but we also offer earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, brooches, belts, lapels for grooms, accessories for doggos and even cake toppers!
The sky is the limit here at Nat Co.!

How does it work to customize a piece?

Firstly, you must schedule an in-person or remote appointment with us via our WhatsApp number.
The consultations usually last around an hour and a half, in which Nat offers a free consultation on harmonizing accessories with the other elements of the look (dress, beauty, etc.) and, based on this consultation, we arrive at a briefing complete information about your style and marriage proposal, in order to produce a unique and authorial piece for you. 
After that, Nat will send you your design proposal by email along with the final price and the contract.

How far in advance should I contact?

Accepted Answer

Our work is handcrafted and we use many imported materials, so advance notice is welcome! However, a comfortable time frame would be between 6-3 months before the wedding for custom pieces. For models already created and made available on the website, the deadline for making the piece is up to 60 calendar days.
However, deadlines can be shortened in urgent cases - if this is your case, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Here at Nat Co. we are available to do whatever it takes to make your dream come true!

What is the estimated delivery date for the part?

The item will be shipped within 60 days of payment confirmation.
In cases of orders placed less than 60 days before the wedding, delivery is arranged with the bride!

Yes, we send products by post with shipping separately.

Do you work with rentals?

Accepted Answer

We work with rental of veils, gloves and capes. Not yet for wreaths and other accessories. However, Nat Co. plans to create a catalog of our best-selling rental pieces.

Where is your studio?

It is located in Niterói - RJ, but we also specialize in remote service, with the majority of brides from other states and countries.

What are your opening hours?

We are on WhatsApp daily receiving brides from 10am to 6pm, and we schedule in-person appointments generally on Wednesdays and Saturdays at our studio in Niterói - RJ, in addition to online appointments that take place on different days and times for brides across the country and world!

What are the payment terms?

We accept credit cards in up to 3 installments or cash via pix with a 5% discount (for payments via pix, contact us via WhatsApp).
